Annual Meeting of the Parish Council – A change of date
The next meeting date for the parish council has changed. The meeting will now be held on Tuesday 16th May at 7.30pm.
This is a meeting that is held annually to elect both the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Parish Council and to discuss the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR), which includes the findings of the Internal Auditor, together with Governance Statements and Financial Statements. The AGAR is then submitted to the independent external auditor appointed by the Audit Commission for examination.
